Funny Stories
Carter has discovered those little 25 cent machines at the stores. He is always asking Devin and me for a quarter whenever he spots one. The other night Carter came running into our room around 2 in the morning like he does every morning. He always runs in halfway through the night and spends the rest of the night sleeping on our floor. Anyway he had come in and fallen back asleep when he started just crying in his sleep. He started staying no momma, no thats my quarter. He was just screaming. Apparently I was trying to take a quarter away from him and he was doing everything he could do to keep it. I didn't think that I have been a mean enough mom to warrant a nightmare for him but I guess I will have to try extra hard to be nice from now on.

Okay, so I was just listening to Pandora, my Taylor Swift station, and the song "Watching you" by Rodney Atkins came on and all I could think of was Dev and Carter. If you haven't heard it, find it online! So perfect! Happy Wednesday!

This last weekend we were in Delta and in the middle of the night we hear Ethan crying and saying,"no, no, I wanna read the frog book,no daddy no, the frog book" Then a few hours later he said,"I don't want this, you take it, take it please" So I walked over to where he was sleeping grabbed his hand and said ok I've got it. He said,"Oh, thank you" then rolled over and went right back to sleep. Sometimes I wonder what is going on inside their little heads!
